Major life events and challenges can be painful and overwhelming. Experiencing physical and emotional pain, anger, grief, or feeling stuck in your life can lead to bouts of anxiety, fear, and depression. This can make it difficult to be your best and accomplish your goals. Often,we are consumed by feelings that seem like they overshadow almost everything else. The good news is that when we identify the root cause and create a plan to make changes things start to shift. Desiring to make a change is the first step. Finding our way out of these feelings alone can be difficult as the feelings can be so intense that we don’t know where to start.

 

There are many factors that contribute to how we handle adversity. Starting in childhood things can happen that effect us intensely but we push the emotions down deep inside us and move on. Most people have trapped emotions. By uncovering and releasing these trapped emotions it can shift how they feel. As we experience lives challenges such as heartache, betrayal, shame, illness, or other things we can reach a point of overwhelm where we go into overload.

 

We also can carry pain and trauma from our ancestors into this life which can affect how we handle things when life becomes overwhelming. The scientific field of epi genetics has been uncovering how our stress response to things isn’t just based on our own life events. Ancestors of holocaust survivors and war often have a lower threshold to stress and trauma than others.  

 

When I work with people I use a combination of emotional release techniques, intuitive guidance, shamanic work, and also give you tools that can help in your daily life. We look at all the factors contributing to what you are experiencing. Intuitively I am led to the modalities that will be the most helpful in finding trapped emotions, unhealthy beliefs, low self-esteem, or genetic and past life influences.  The combination of uncovering and clearing these things along with everyday changes that you can incorporate in your life will significantly improve how you feel.
