Learn how to fine tune your diet and exercise routine so you’ll feel better inside and out. Our world is full of preservatives, toxins, negativity, and fear that can affect you on many levels. Implementing a healthier life style, better self-esteem, and having life hacks to look and feel younger makes everything easier.
I have many years of experience with whole and organic foods, nutrition, exercise programs, meditation, self-image, and have worked in massage, bodywork, and esthetics for many years. I am knowledgeable about skincare and anti-aging products. What you put in your body and onto your skin affects your overall health and how good you feel. Putting yourself first and taking time for a massage, facial, or other stress reducing treatments helps you to stay healthier. It is becoming well known that stress seems to worsen or increase the risk of health conditions.
It is also important to realize that everyone has different body types and sensitivities so not everyone should eat the same way. Choosing which foods work for you making healthy choices makes a big difference. Learn to test certain foods to see if they are good for you. Eating more organic plant based foods (learn which vegetables have the most pesticides), and reading labels to avoid putting bad fats and preservatives in your body is always the first step to better nutrition.
A healthy diet is one of the first defenses to the toxins in out environment. We are bombarded every day with pollution, electromagnetic waves, artificial fragrances, chemicals in our clothing, and much more. People with chemical sensitivities are on the rise. Many people with allergies and asthma unknowingly use synthetic fragranced dryer sheets, soap, air fresheners and other things that contribute to their problems. Meanwhile the incidents of disease and cancer are on the increase. We are living longer than ever before but it’s a new world to navigate as to how to feel our best as we age.
Our bodies function better with exercise, healthy food, and positive thinking. Meditation has been proven to increase happiness, reduce stress, and help with anti-aging and can be easier than you may realize. People that meditate at least
15 - 30 minutes a day see significant improvement in their ability to cope with tough times and accomplish there goals. When we look good, have less stress, and feel healthy it boosts our self-esteem!
